PRIVATE POOL
The wind direction is conducive to great kiteboarding but beachcombing, walking, paddle-boarding and sunbathing are amongst preferred activities as well. Energizing sunrises and beautiful colorful sunset skies are a daily spectacle.
OCEAN VIEWS
Enjoy some partial views of the blue sea from inside the living area, even a bit from the bedroom and full views from the covered porch outside while cooking on the grill.
Villa Esencia sits directly on the beach. It comprises of 2 rental suites that are opposite each other for optimum privacy. Esencia Premiere - newly renovated - is located on the east side of the house. The other suite is located on the west side of the house. When renting Esencia Premiere, you have full exclusivity of your private pool and total privacy.
All studios, suites and villas are nestled in carefully arranged natural surroundings and walking paths to preserve everyone’s tranquility.
You will often see only a handful of people on the entire beach and occasional horseback riders.
The 3 mile-long stretch of pure white sand is only a few steps away from your suite. The rich and intense turquoise color of the sea will astound you. The warmth and gentleness of the water will appease you.

POOL & HOT TUB
A spacious communal pool area with chaise lounge and umbrellas is surrounded by lush gardens with bright bougainvillea and colorful plants and flowers. Sunbathe and cool off with a cold beverage or completely relax all your muscles in the hot tub after a day spent at sea. An exterior shower also allows you to rinse off before getting in the pools.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals right here if you'd rather not head out. The covered porch area has a BBQ grill, dining table and chairs and the tiled path to your Tiki Hut leads to comfortable sofas and eating area for great al fresco dining and entertainment to the sound of the sea.
Your private Tiki Hut sits directly on the beach, a few steps away from the warm and shallow turquoise sea. You'll spend many lazy afternoons here, taking in the views and the gentle breeze while being comfortably seated in the shade in sectional sofas and outdoor furniture.
